[Suggestion] Let co-op respawning logic ignore ghost players
This is based on observations while playing Sal's Dogbox server on 2.2.12 prerelease 1. The server has respawning rules set to "starpost", meaning that anyone who dies or joins mid-level only gets to respawn/join the game once someone activates a starpost or there is no one available to activate a starpost. However, the game seems to consider the "ghosts" of players who recently left the same as regular players, and waits for them to hit a starpost despite them not being able to due to not having a player. This means that anyone who joins or dies mid-level has to wait for the ghost player(s) to disappear before being able to play the game. I suggest that the game acts as if ghost players aren't there when determining whether to allow players to respawn.
