[2.2.13] "NoReload" Level Header has an exploit with Record Emblems.
Since the change where you can earn Emblems outside Record Attack, this being the Score/Time/Ring Emblems... the NoReload Level Header can be a bit exploited depending on the level. I first ran into this in a level from the Sonic 2006 Map Pack where I can reload from a checkpoint after opening the level geometry and get a much faster time than with doing the level without respawning since the levels have the "NoReload" in their headers. Perhaps maybe the Time shouldn't reset when you respawn in maps that have "NoReload"? Though... I dunno how that would fair if there's a Time Limit set on a map that has NoReload or something.
