Replace any instances of "use" control naming scheme with "spin"

Just making an issue for this as a todo for 2.3.

It could also be an alias for 'use' before 2.3.

That's currently what's happening with !982 (merged), actually.

I mean sure, but even if that do get merged, I'll prefer if the issue was kept opened regardless, because otherwise everyone will forget to do it for 2.3 and we end up shipping the game with something intended for backwards compatibility

I think that this should used as an alternative name, not a replacement. Otherwise, almost all mods have to be updated as most won't work properly because the game will always tell you to use "BT_SPIN" instead.

@carlrev This is for the next major version of the game, hench the 2.3 milestone, as it would be a backwards compatibility breaking change.
