Let act clear music loop/play itself through to the end before fading

I personally suggest that "O__CLEAR.ogg" should have the ability to loop (ex: Ristar's "Go Ahead" jingle). I also suggest that in the level header, there should be an option to let the (or any) act clear jingle play itself out to the very end before fading to black (even if the score finishes tallying before the music ends) except if the music file loops.
