setting player.mo.reactiontime with autobrake on does this
player.mo.reactiontime = max($, 2)
Turning on autobrake with reactiontime being set to 1 or higher makes you slide around for some reason.
I've included an extremely simple lua with this that allows it to be easily recreated by simply pressing c1.
