MT_TAILSOVERLAY should have a dash state for the extremely niche circumstance that a character will both utilize this as a followobject and have dashmode
I am part of this extremely niche circumstance and I can't do it :(
I wanted to make a giant scarf utilizing the power of this followobject due to the lovely vertical angles, but I can't because it disappears during the dash state... An alternative solution would be to use the RUN state during DASH, rather than adding a DASH state.
