[2.2.8] credits desync?

Almost every time I skip the credits in my dedicated server, 80-100% of the people in get booted off. This has never occurred in any previous versions. According to any survivors when it occurs, the credits weren't actually skipped.

When exactly do people start timing out? Also is anyone pushing buttons during the credits? I realized just now that I probably introduced a bug that lets clients skip to evaluation...
