Ingame downloader waste bandwidth
Second and last issue I found in the ingame downloader but it's more of a suggestion considering how complex it is.
There is a potential bandwidth waste on the ingame downloader. It don't care if the client is too slow to download at max speed, the server send it at max speed anyways. This cause the server to keep sending a file at 100Mbps(at max downloadspeed) even when the client download it at 1Mbps and if we have two clients and one is slower then the one being faster may have his speed capped because of the slower one wasting bandwidth and not the connection.
