Adds an option for skins to ignore SPR2_SUPER frames; this is useful for characters who use the SPR2_SUPER sprites for entirely different purposes, such as with Kirby's feet sprites, or for characters who would benefit from toggling their super form's appearance through Lua, such as with Inazuma's super and Ultimate forms.
