Marathon Run adjustments

• Add a small amount of extra info (see above) to the Evaluation screen for Marathon Run, on request from multiple runners. (Timer is freakishly low because I hacked the game to end at GFZ1.)
• Based on logs shown to me of speedrunning community discussion, changed default setting to in-game timer instead of RTA time.
• Hopefully fix the issue, which I can't recreate, of live event backups being created even if they shouldn't. https://mb.srb2.org/showthread.php?t=48119
