Automate some of the version numbers nonsense

version-prep-is-a-stinky-butt-head into master

See version.h. Just change SRB2VERSION and VERSION/SUBVERSION get updated atuomatically. You don't need to fuss with VERSIONSTRING(W) either. Also avoids confusion about VERSION math.
