Save changes made to the bot's skin, and display it properly in save select

ChrispyChars has a skin swap feature, but because botskin isn't updated on skin change, savefiles kept the original skin, so you could end up with a Fluffy & Fluffy savefile.

The bot Fluffy also shows up discolored, since the menu accidentally reads a colormap based on the skin above the saved botskin, which isn't valid yet. Vanilla Sonic & Tails save files were actually using Knuckles' colormap all along :knuxsass:
