Credits changes

This branch:

• Merges the Programming and Programming Assistance sections of the credits, because the difference is honestly quite arbitrary at this point.
• Adds some people to the credits that used to be credited in code comments only for some reason.
• Fixes some ordering and formatting mistakes.
• Mentions Sonic Team Junior as a whole under Game Design, since it has been a collaborative effort for years now.
• Bonus change: removal of some trailing spaces & tabs.
