Whitelist missing graphics

Zolton Auburn requested to merge Zippy_Zolton/SRB2:x into next

Whitelists many graphics, such as STLIVEX, used for the "X" graphic that displays under your skin's HUDNAME. This is so that HUD/font mods such as ShinyFont can make the whole HUD consistent, and to open up more possibilities to make more robust whitelisted HUDs.
