So CMake people can enjoy the sweet sweet perks of not freezing every time they query the MS
What about i_threads.h?
It seemed to compile and work (somehow) without having to manually include i_threads.h, but I'll include it anyway :)

Oh woah, I had no idea I was missing this. What’s the reasoning for it being an option rather than just including it straight up?
Consistency with the Makefile I presume, as that do have a flag to disable multithreading support.
