Play S3K9F during super transformation

Radicalicious requested to merge sonic_edge/SRB2:S3K-super-sound into next

This merge request plays the normally unused sound DSS3K9F (used for Super transformation in Sonic 3 and Sonic Mania) as well as the current sound, DSSUPERT, when undergoing super transformation. I personally think it sounds better than just the default Sonic 2 noise. If playing both sounds is a bit too much, I can change it to just DSS3K9F.
