Extend the length of the Connect via IP textbox.

• When the textbox text gets too long, it will thin the text.
• When the thin text gets too long, the beginning of the text will scroll by.
• The maximum text length is now 127 characters (up from 27.)
  

Also not expecting this one to go into v2.2.9; would rather have this merged when SRB2 is more stable.
