A spike bug no more

Jumping at spikes on FOFs in reverse gravity - most notably in ERZ3 - no longer teleports you downwards into the death pit beneath it.

definitely fixes the ERZ3 bug, doesn't affect gargs in DSZ or such as far as I've been able to tell, seems all fine to me
