Update Visual Studio project files

MascaraSnake requested to merge taglists-bruh into master

Add some recently added files to the VC10 project file. I noticed we also have project files for VC9 and SRB2DD. Do we still use those? If so, I can update them too, but if not, we might as well use the opportunity to remove them.
