Small menu edits

• Show a warning on the save select screen when the game is modified. (Closes #87 (closed))

• Show the emblem counter on the Extras checklist, for convenience.

• Show values on (float) sliders in the options menu.

• Only show the Ultimate mode warning in an unmodified, vanilla game. (Closes #614 (closed))
