Several changes to default control settings

Implements most changes proposed in #688 (closed). Makes the following changes:

• Renamed Simple playstyle to Automatic, and made it the default.
• Renamed Standard playstyle to Manual.
• Changed some camera settings to make Automatic easier to control:
  • Targeting assist is now set to "Full", instead of just "Bosses".
  • Tweaked several "Turn to [action]" values.
  • Slightly increased default camera distance and camera height for both playstyles.
• Changed most default gamepad controls, to better fit the Automatic playstyle.
  • Jump and Spin are now set to the A and X buttons, instead of the bumpers.
  • See the diff, or #688 (closed), for the other changes.
• Changed a few default keyboard controls.
  • Center View is mapped to Ctrl, instead of End.
  • Fire Normal is now mapped to right Alt and right click.
• Added default binds for custom actions 1-3:
  • Z, X and C for keyboards.
  • B, Y and left stick click for gamepads.
• Removed forced camera settings in the tutorial, so that Automatic isn't forced to use Manual's camera values, and players can try out different settings while in the tutorial.
• Unrelated, but also lowered default sound/music volume a little bit while I was changing defaults. (From 18 to 16, out of 31.)
