Update Nightopians & other state changes

• Updated the Nightopian's states for MotorRoach's new sprites, and fixed another bug where they'd disappear upon touching the player.
• Updated S_SEAWEED1 to use Chrispy's new seaweed sprites.
• Changed Jetty-Syn Bomber/Skim mines to use the proper explosion states/sprites.
