Lua archive value fix
There are currently no pipelines.
To run a merge request pipeline, the jobs in the CI/CD configuration file must be configured to run in merge request pipelines and you must have sufficient permissions in the source project.
This fixes some potential problems with archiving mobjinfo_t/state_t data via Lua in netgames (whether as custom mobj/player vars or by NetVars hook). Thanks to LJSonic for pointing this out to me.
