Autobackup old gamedatas (resolves #1031)

This adds automatic backup to the gamedata conversion introduced in !1749 (merged). Upon loading an older gamedata a copy with .bak appeneded will automatically be created in the srb2 folder. Works with both vanilla gamedata and mod gamedatas.

Build (backup gamedata manually first just in case): srb2winbak.exe
