Display power-up icon for Fire Flower

This merge displays a power-up icon to indicate when you currently have the Fire Flower power-up/shield.

I'm mainly doing this because the color-change isn't part of the shield power itself, but it also allows you to see if you have the Fire Flower in first person mode.
