Fix the Record Attack Background Jumping

Zwip-Zwap Zapony requested to merge Zwip-Zwap_Zapony/SRB2:the_elder_skyscroll_ii_daggerfall into next

As of !1985 (merged), the Record Attack background jumps slightly (titlescrollxspeed) to the right every time you enter/leave a sub-menu (e.g. "Ghosts..."). This merge request fixes that.

TL;DR: (Not worth mentioning in v2.2.12's changelog, as this wasn't an issue in v2.2.11)
