Make "& Knuckles" save file background color the same as knuckles alone

Fixes #1146 (closed).

Ideally this whole system should pull from the character select for combos or something like that, right now it just feels funny that the green background was explicitly added for adding knuckles as a bot, even though you need save editing or mods to do that.
