Rollout rock handling with gravity boots

SSNTails requested to merge SSNTails/SRB2:issue1133 into next

Fixes Issue #1133 , rollout rocks now work with gravity boots. You can also jump onto a rollout rock that's in midair with gravity boots on and it will work as expected.
