Fix Fang's death sequence

MIDIMan requested to merge MIDIMan/SRB2:fix-fang-death into next

Some time between 2.2.13 and the current version of the next branch, Fang's death sequence was messed up. This merge request fixes that by changing the order of the code run in P_DoBoss5Death.
