Remove BT_CAMRIGHT and BT_CAMLEFT

Lugent requested to merge Lugent/SRB2:free-cmd-buttons into next

It's only used for that old analog camera turning which is just a waste of two possible button flags, so they're free now since all 3 playstyles doesn't depends on these BT_CAM* buttons at all and old analog is not used at all.

The only downside is that you can't turn the camera anymore but again, it's no longer used on the average player since Automatic is far better.
