Inline P_MobjWasRemoved

This function is kinda called a bit too often by !2052 (merged) so I thinking what about inlining the function actually fixes something about #1390 (closed). Not really sure though, a lot of testing might be needed and see if just the fact of inlining it actually makes an effect.
