Fix IT sign always displaying for the tagger in splitscreen

The indentation and comments in the function make the intent clear. The head sign should not display on the tagger's screen.

How possible is Git merge/history corruption? c361b732 seems to be the first version of the file that broke the } here (as it looks fine in ddba6e80, its parent version of the file) - but c361b732's diff doesn't touch anywhere near P_DoPlayerHeadSign.

This happened in b5a4f227.

I don't like that that doesn't show up in a file's "History" page on GitLab. :earless:
(Hiding merge commits makes sense... but also hides problems in this case. )
