Better Fake Contrast (Ring Racers Port)

Ports the better fake contrast from Ring Racers which instead of calculating the contrast every single frame calculates it on map load, making it potentially faster, although I have not tested it yet to see if that is true. It looks way better now and OpenGL slope contrast now doesn't look like ass :p.

NOTE: The OpenGL pictures have gr_slopecontrast enabled
