Netcode nitpicking

As of writing this just includes some minor fixes to i_tcp.c, one of the files that contains SRB2's "netcode". I don't know offhand if this actually fixes anything serious netcode related, but as far as I can tell what I've done shouldn't negatively affect the netcode.

Though just in case (or if I wanted to add more), I'm making this a merge to next anyway.
