SOC sanitising the sequel!
This fixes crashes that can occur in SOCs if you accidentally put in lines with no = within certain SOC blocks (such as if you accidentally "merge" two blocks together by forgetting to put a newline between, or you forgot to put in the "=" for certain parameters).
Merging to next in case of downloading files that cause those with regular 2.1.20 to crash, just like the original "SOC sanitising" branch + MR.
