Controller select menu improvements.

SteelT requested to merge SteelT/SRB2:controller-menu-touchup into master

Makes the menu looks more pleasing by replacing the ugly yellow borders with the new borders used everywhere else. This MR is marked as WIP until I can fix the controller name being overwritten when "None" is selected.
