Add OS and 32/64-bitness to VERSION console command

Because I kept getting mixed up between builds for half the morning :X

Adds

• SDL/DD
• Windows/Linux/macOS/Unix (Common)/Other OS
• x86/x64/Non-x86 (Linux)/Bits Unknown
• NOASM in red if that is set
• DEBUG in red if that is set
