Removed all glBegin/glEnd references

SSNTails requested to merge (removed):md3-vanilla into md3-vanilla

MD2/MD3 now works, with the exception of WAD textures for some odd reason. Figuring it out is still pending help from Logan McCloud. Preparing GL code for a potential ES 2.0 rewrite, that will allow for shaders and solve the scaling normals problem.
