Support Look Up/Down keys for NiGHTS movement

The default control change in .21 is a bit awkward for NiGHTS -- you can only move up/down with the WASD keys, while the drill button is space bar and the brake button is left shift. This is a one-handed setup when it ideally should not be.

So let's fix that by allowing Look Up/Down for NiGHTS movement as well. You can already move side-to-side with the Turn Left/Right keys.

Also let the Look joystick act as NiGHTS movement.
