Zone Builder configuration refactor

This merge request changes the layout of the Zone Builder configuration. It now follows ZDoom's modular configuration format, which splits its content into include-able files and pieces, so that common pieces can be included as needed by the individual Zone Builder configurations. A barebones UDMF configuration is included, which will be progressively completed along with the UDMF implementation itself.
