"Symmetrical"-ish Emblem Hint pages

When !650 (merged) was opened, I pointed out that with 6 emblems, it could end up with 5 emblem hints on the left and 1 on the right, which'd be very asymmetrical and unpleasing to someone like me.

@toaster then said that if !650 (merged) was merged before she got around to making it more "symmetrical"-ish, I'd be, quote, "welcome to make the branch changing it to that specification".

Then !650 (merged) was merged, so here we are. I've tested this with 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10 emblem hints, and it works as expected in all cases. The emblem hint order itself remains as "from top-left to bottom-left, then from top-right to bottom-right".

(This merge request only affects anything when there are 6, 7, or 8 emblem hints. Any other amount will still appear as it does without this merge request.)
