New skin colors, add support for preferred opposite color to save cards, new lua features.

In collaboration with MotorRoach and bit of guidance from toaster, this adds six new skin colors. Which are as follow

This branch also adds support for prefoppositecolor to save cards, and exposes two Lua functions for use in scripts.
