Delete slopes

Just as the title implies, this merge request deletes slopes.

This should probably be done for a major update, e.g. v2.X, rather than a patch, e.g. v2.2.X, for the sake of maintaining compatibility with already-existing mods that make use of Lua Edit: I mean slopes, not Lua!

In addition to that, may I ask... why? A notable part of v2.2(.0)'s focus has been revamping most of the campaign levels, to both feature and even take advantage of slopes. For what reason should all of that work be undone?

Finally we can go back to 1 unit wide stairs with conveyor belt sector effects
