To put it in SHORT()

I fixed drop shadow and rotsprite code to use SHORT() (a macro for swapping byte order of 16-bit integers) where it's supposed to be used, so that big-endian versions of SRB2 can work properly. Not that I can actually test big-endian SRB2 offhand, that said.
