More platform fixes

• Fixes players with momz == 0 not properly touching the ground when stepping up, eating a jump (view bug)
• (So as to enable the above,) Super Sonic no longer rolls when floating into the ground
• Fixes certain animations being repeatedly reset while on a rising floor (view bug)
• Fixes Fang taking damage and resetting his score chain when bouncing on a rising floor (except on liquids such as RVZ1's lava, which was the main reason for me trying this :( but at least it works for solids) (view fix)
