Use srb2ci image

Alam Ed Arias requested to merge Alam/UltimateZoneBuilder:srb2ci into master

Use the docker image srb2ci (git.do.srb2.org:5050/stjr/srb2ci/srb2ci:stable)

It should come prepackaged with Mono toolchain
