Update the tutorial Amy enemy's sprites (and a sound)

Spectrum (Jonathan Dove) requested to merge spectrumuk2/srb2p-spectrum:update-tutorial-amy into next

This fixes a sprite error with the tutorial Amy, and also makes her use the new down sprites.
