fix linkboost passives subtracting damage on 1st hit

R.E.D. Metal Sonic requested to merge redmetalsonic/srb2p-public:LinkboostPassiveFix into obt-136

Since links start at "link = 0", link boost passives would actually decrease damage on the first hit.

In other words: minor math failure lmao
