SUGOI Mac tweaks

Lach requested to merge Lach/SRB2:sugoi-mac into sugoi

I made a quick icon out of the :dokkyun: emote and did some CMake code to bundle the SUGOI PK3 as an asset. It regexes the filename from d_main.c so you don't have to remember to update it in the event you make another patch before vanilla does.
