Improved text colormaps (Closes #222 and #359)

Changes the text colormaps to cover more colors, and adjust what colors are used to make them look prettier. This will give spriters the opportunity to make more detailed custom fonts without having to compensate for a lack more than 3 colors. Thanks to @SonicX8000, @Golden, and @PencilVoid for assistance with the color choices.
