Improved text colormaps (Closes #222 and #359)

Changes the text colormaps to cover more colors, and adjust what colors are used to make them look prettier. This will give spriters the opportunity to make more detailed custom fonts without having to compensate for a lack more than 3 colors. Thanks to @SonicX8000, @Golden, and @PencilVoid for assistance with the color choices.

if we didn't test changes we'd be basically doing srb2 1.09's development process with extra steps

use calloc instead of malloc or Z_Calloc instead of Z_Malloc

calloc guarantees that will be all 0s

take a look at the actual patches themselves

they should be no different than the ones onscreen

open the wad you have the patches in in your wad editor

compare them to the ones onscreen

what i'm trying to say is

white text is basically copypasting the patch on screen with no changes

any colored text edits the colors of the patches to be different using the colormaps

thus white text isnt colormapped patches

i don't know what you're not understanding

I have completely disregarded your word and tried out my solution of adding every number by one. Time to do the rest of the numbers so the colors look right...
